1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• Free of stains, odors, or damage

• In original packaging (if applicable)

Non-returnable items:

• Final sale items

• Customized or personalized items

• Gift cards

• Digital products

2. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we are happy to offer an exchange when available.

• Exchanges are subject to current inventory.

• If the item is out of stock, we may issue a refund or store credit instead.

3. Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Processing times vary by bank or credit card company (typically 3–10 business days).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos so we can quickly resolve the issue.

You will receive a replacement or full refund at no cost.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

Once an order is in production or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
