Shipping Policy

At Theos & Yeshua, we work hard to ship your order quickly and safely. Below is our shipping information so you know what to expect.

1. Processing Times

Most orders ship within:

  • 2–5 business days for apparel
  • 1–3 business days for accessories

During holidays, sales, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

4. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct address at checkout.

If an address error causes the package to be returned:

  • We can reship the item once the correct address is provided.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

We cannot refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or local carriers.
  • Allow 48 hours after delivery scan—packages sometimes arrive slightly later.
  • Contact us if it still cannot be located.

While we cannot control carrier delays or theft, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

6. International Shipping & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees
  • Duties
  • Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery delays due to customs inspections are outside our control.

7. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A full refund
